Refund and Return Policy
At Sounds of Underground, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our customers attending events. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our Refund and Return Policy has been designed to provide clarity and fairness in these situations.
Ticket Returns and Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders via email and provide further instructions for obtaining a refund or transferring tickets to the rescheduled event.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund for the face value of the ticket. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be eligible for a refund. Refund requests due to event rescheduling must be submitted within 7 days of the new event date being announced.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Due to the nature of our business, tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Please ensure you review the event details before purchasing tickets. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased by mistake or for any other reason, including changes to personal schedules or availability.
Ticket Transfers
In most cases, we do not allow tickets to be transferred to other people. However, if you are unable to attend the event, please contact us at info@soundsofunderground.com to inquire about the possibility of transferring your ticket to another individual. Transfers are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email. Your original ticket will be valid for the new date or time, and no action will be required from you unless you wish to request a refund. Refund requests for postponed events must be made within 7 days of the rescheduled date being announced.
International Orders
If you are purchasing tickets from outside the country or region where the event is being held, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for travel or accommodation expenses in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. We encourage international ticket holders to consider this before making their purchase.
Refund Process
If your event is cancelled or rescheduled, and you are eligible for a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.
