Availability of Tickets

All tickets available on our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to fulfill all ticket orders, our acceptance of your order is contingent upon ticket availability. If we are unable to supply the tickets you ordered, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund for the unavailable tickets.

Pricing & Event Information

Ticket prices are displayed at the time of order placement and are subject to applicable service charges and delivery fees. We aim to ensure that all pricing and event information is accurate; however, in the event of an error, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Placing an Order & Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email containing your order number and a summary of the order details. A contract between you and Sounds of Underground is only formed once the tickets are issued and your payment is processed successfully, unless your order is cancelled by us or you receive notification to the contrary.

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept valid credit and debit cards, and all payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe. We do not store your payment details; payment processing is handled by these providers. We reserve the right to cancel your order if your payment is not verified or authorized.

Delivery

Once payment has been processed, your ticket will be delivered to the email address provided. Tickets will typically be sent electronically (e-tickets) unless stated otherwise. In case of delivery issues due to an incorrect email address or any error on your part, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

In the case of an event cancellation or rescheduling, we will provide instructions for refund requests. Promotions & Discounts
